Refund and Refund Policy
1. Non-Returnable Products
All our bakery items (cakes, cupcakes, chocolates, gift hampers, etc.) are made to order and cannot be returned once delivered or picked up. This is to ensure hygiene and food safety for all our customers.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
The product received is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.
The order is not delivered due to a verified mistake on our part.
The delivery is delayed beyond a reasonable time (excluding external issues like weather or traffic) and results in cancellation.
Note: Photo proof is required for damage claims within 1 hour of delivery.
3. No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Wrong delivery address or contact details provided by the customer.

Customer not available to receive the order at the delivery time.

Minor variations in design, color, or decoration from website photos.

Cancellation requests made less than 24 hours before the delivery time.

Change of mind or taste preference after delivery.
4. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours before the delivery or pickup time.

For cancellations made within the valid time frame, a full refund will be issued.

No cancellations are accepted for same-day or custom orders once placed.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

You will receive an email/SMS confirmation once the refund is initiated.

If the refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment service provider.
